Pyxis (pyxis nautica) is a constellation in the southern hemisphere signifying the mariner’s compass. A compass guides you but doesn’t tell you where to go or where you should be. Our philosophy is to use science as our true north in everything we do; yet interviewing and interpersonal communication is also an art. Each individual has to find their own way to how the science works for them.

Our Mission is to help people discover their excellence. An academy is an institution of learning that brings together diverse research to challenge people to think and develop in new ways.
